1. This promotion is only open to existing customers of MagicalVegas.com who are aged 18 years & over and can view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.
2. These terms relate to the Magical Vegas “£25k Multiplier Tournament” promotion. (“the Promotion”).
3. The promotion will run from Monday 11 August 2025 01:00 UK time until Sunday 7 September 2025 at 00:59 UK time. (the “Promotional Period”).

Promotion Mechanics 

4. To take part in this promotion players must Opt-In via promotional page.
5. Players must place real money bet with a minimum stake on any participating game:

• Week 4 [01/09/25-07/09/25]: Piggy Prizes Coins O'Plenty, Lucky lady's Charm Deluxe, Starlight Jackpots: Athena Goddess of War, Diamond Link: Mighty Cleopatra, Book of Ra Deluxe, Dolphin's Pearl Deluxe, Little Cluckers, Charming Lady's Boom.

6. A player will receive points based on the in-game wins multiplier. The higher the total value of the points received by the player for in-game wins multiplier, the higher the player’s score.
7. Multipliers are based on win to bet ration, for example:

• Bet 5x multiplier player gets 50 points (5x10)
• 20x multiplier player gets 200 points (20x10) and so on.

8. Points will be accumulated daily, for example:

• Day 1 - 10 points
• Day 2 - 100 points
• Day 3 - 10 points

9. Players who play 4 or more days on the selected games and triggered at least 1 win of 5 multiplier win (10 points) will enter to win an equal share of the £1250 cash pot.
10. Customers position on the leaderboard will be displayed during the promotional period. To allow customers to track their progress, an anonymised version of their username will be presented on the leaderboard.
11. Prizes will be paid as per the below table:

12. The promotion will run from Monday to Sunday and leaderboard will be updated daily from Monday till Friday.
13. Leaderboards which fall over the weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be updated on the following Monday.
14. Customers position on the leaderboard will be displayed during the promotional period. To allow customers to track their progress, an anonymised version of their username will be presented on the leaderboard.
15. Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.
16. Crediting for the leaderboard will be in cash. 
17. Crediting will be done on the following dates:

• Week 1: Monday 18 August 2025
• Week 2: Monday 25 August 2025
• Week 3: Monday 1 September 2025
• Week 4: Monday 8 September 2025

18. The Promoter will strive to promptly credit promotional prizes as of the specified date. However, in the event of any difficulties, whether technical or otherwise, the draw will be conducted not later than 72 hours after the initial date.
19. This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who met the requirements.

General Promotion and Conditions:

20. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
21. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
22. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
23. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
24. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
25. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
26. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
27. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
28. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
29. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
30. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
31. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus pounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
32. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
33. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
