Introduction to Blackjack Classic
Blackjack Classic is a production of Net Entertainment that can be played at Magical Vegas. It is played with 6 decks of cards and these cards are shuffled after each game. The particularity about Blackjack Classic is that you have the possibility to play 3 hands per game. The aim of this game is to get a hand with a value that is equal to or nearer to 21 than the dealer’s hand without busting.
Betting on Blackjack Classic
Chips values that you will find on Blackjack Classic are 1, 5, 10, 50 and 100. You can place your bet by selecting a chip value and dragging it on the box for each hand. If you click continuously on the betting box, it will add further chips of similar value to your stake.
After the closing of betting, the dealer of Blackjack Classic will deal one card to himself and two cards to each hand on which you have placed a bet. The dealer then draws a card to their own hand. Playing a hand can be tricky but simple. Numbered cards, which range from 2 to 10, count as their face values, while aces are equal to either 1 or 11, and K, Q, and J count as 10. In this game, you have a soft hand and a hard hand. A soft hand is simply a hand having an ace that may be counted as either 1 or 11 without busting, whereas a hard hand is a hand that does not include an ace or a hand with an ace that does not have a value which is higher than 1.
After the first 2 cards are given by the dealer for each of your hands, you have 3 options for each of them on Blackjack Classic. You can either click the Hit button for the dealer to give you an additional card, or you may Stand by taking no further cards and play your hand as it appears. Or you can try your luck and hit the Double button, where it will double the value of your bet and you will earn another card before your hand automatically stands. You may also choose to double after a split, however, after splitting on a soft 9, 10, or 11, the resulting hand will be hard.
Based on your cards and the dealer’s card, on Blackjack Classic you'll find additional options such as Split, Insurance or Even Money. If the first 2 cards in the game have the same value, you can split them into 2 hands. Splitting will make your initial bet double and you can play both hands one after the other. You can hit multiple times for all split hand but not for split aces. In a split hand, an Ace and a card with a value of 10 will be counted as 21 and not Blackjack. If the dealer’s first cards happen to be an Ace, you can purchase insurance which cost half the value of your initial stake and if the dealer gets Blackjack it pays 2:1. If you have taken insurance and the dealer does not get Blackjack, then the insurance bet is lost. If you have blackjack and the dealer’s card is an ace, you can choose to take even money which pays 1:1.
