Key Features and Betting
Whenever you start Three Card Poker, you are dealt three cards if you have placed an Ante bet. Don’t worry, the presenter will also be dealt three cards. As soon as you get the cards, select one of two options: Play – Place an extra raise stake equal to the Ante bet or Fold – Surrender the Ante bet. Once you make your choice, the dealer's hand is uncovered, and hand values are calculated.
- If the dealer has a Queen high or better and your hand is equal to his, your Ante and Play bets are restored.
- If the dealer does not have Queen high or better, the Ante bet is granted, and the Play bet is restored.
- If the dealer has a Queen high or better and your hand is lesser than his, the Ante and Play bet are lost.
- If the dealer has a Queen high or better and your hand is higher than his, the Ante bet and Play bet are granted.
Three Card Poker can award you an extra bonus on the Ante bet if you hold a strong hand. And this is regardless of the dealer’s hand or outcome. Straight Flush – 5 to 1, Three of a Kind – 4 to 1 or Straight – 1 to 1.
Irrespective of the dealer’s cards, the result of a Pair Plus bet is based on the three cards dealt to you. If you do not hold a pair or better, the Pair Plus bet is lost. The winning hands are paid like:
- Pair – 1 to 1
- Flush – 3 to 1
- Straight – 6 to 1
- Three of a Kind – 30 to 1
- Straight Flush – 40 to 1
